Automatic Sword deposit works fine for me but I am not sure how can an Author choose a deposit point?
Under Sword Plugin setting there is a checkbox for Allow the author to specify a deposit point, but how does it work? Also there are different deposit point types, for e.g. under Optional; Flexible author can choose whether or not to deposit and they can also choose the deposit point. How does this work?
While submitting an article as an Author I don’t see any options.

When the editor records an “Accept” decision, if the author is allowed to specify a deposit point, they’ll receive an email with a link to enter the deposit point and perform the deposit.

I have username and password from a repository that used EPrint 3 system, what should I fill for the Deposit Point URL field?
