we are making some changes in OJS 2.4.8 and would like to disable the option to create new accounts.
How should I proceed?

Hi,
Login as journal manager, look for User Registration in the 4th step of setup and then select
Journal Manager registers all users, with Editors or Section Editors able to register Reviewers alone.
