Hi! I am using OJS 3.3.0.15. I am using ojs plug in for citation. When an article is being citrated, how author and admin will know that a a particular article has been cited ?

This falls outside of the capability of OJS, but there are a variety of different services that provide citation alerts. I can’t vouch for any in particular, I find that this site gives a good overview: https://library.unr.edu/help/quick-how-tos/evaluating-sources/determining-who-has-cited-a-work
