How can manage and edit email templates in OJS 3.5?

We upgraded to OJS 3.5.0.1 version and now, we would like to understand and personalize the email templates. For example, translate the name of these templates, create new templates, organize them…

We have seen that we can translate the email-templates in Weblate, but where can be manage and organize these templates? Is it any tutorial?

It’s in Settings → Workflow → Emails → “Add and edit templates.”
