How can I send email to all users from “users”? I want to send to all users email not like Announcements with url link to site. I want to send email with text of my message.

This functionality does not yet exist in the current version of OJS (outside of the announcement feature). However, there is planned functionality in the next version of OJS (3.3) that will help to facilitate this (see here: https://github.com/pkp/pkp-lib/issues/5642). An addendum to my previous post. OJS 3.3 will also have a batch notify feature in it as well. It’s one of the release’s major features, and should prove useful in this case as well.
