I have known about PKP is mean “Public Knowleage Project”. But I would like to know clearly about PKP and how to build or active an PKP.

I’m not sure I’m answering your question, but PKP is the organization, and Open Journal Systems (OJS), Open Monograph Press (OMP), etc. are the software packages we maintain. Are you interested in doing something specific?
