How can I add a navigational menu to my main page

Hi, I am operating a multi journal with OJS 3. Even though I have menus for the various journals, but I want to a way to add menu links (top menu and sidebar links) on the main page with a drop down menu having links to all the various journals.

HI @danaah

The new OJS 3.1 release enables the customization of the nav bar menu and you could maybe use the Custom Block Manager to display it in the side bar…
