Can you clarify: are you looking to build a standalone plugin that would add a text field here - can you give a bitter sense of what you would want the plugin to do? Also: can you indicate which version of OJS you’re working in (e.g. 3.3.0-8)?

Here is my plugin. I wont to add publication custom meta data for example categories, Publisher and others field. In this case my field not saving publication settings data base
