Help Submission page show loading at the submission page

Describe the issue or problem
As an editor, i want to view the file under submission tab, but the “Submission File” show loading…

Steps I took leading up to the issue

1. Go to Submissions
2. Under My Queue - My Assigned : go to one of the submission → click View
3. Under Workflow - Submission tab : will show loading message

What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.0.14
