Check the PHP error log for details. What version of OJS are you using?

I checked the error log but I couldn’t find anything.
We are running the latest version of OJS 3.2.1.1

Hi all,

Hmm, normally there would be something logged. Can you use your browser’s web developer tools to see what the response from the server looks like?
