Health Science Theme: New User Registration Problem

Hi,

I have OJS 3.1.2 (Latest update)
Using Health Science Theme

Whenever a new user wants to register with the journal, it gives an error message " HTTP ERROR 500"
After deleting the ORCID plugin, it has begun to work.

How can solve this problem?
