Guidelines/policies documents to OJS 3.0

Dear Forum

We have policies and guidelines that we want to upload as PDF’s to the system. Currently I have uploaded it to our Publisher Library and used these links in my pages. I have been looking at some threads but I am not understanding how this will not be available to users? Can someone give me some guidance on how to link to documents?

I think that you can find alternative ways of adding such links by browsing the forum, but basically the publisher library at the moment does not support such links for outside users. This is something that is planned to be added, there are a couple of issues related to this in Github.
