Guest Editor/Section Editor permissions

The academic I’m setting OJS up for wants the following and I’m unsure how to enable them/whether they’re possible in OJS - can anyone let me know?

  • When a Guest Editor is editing an issue, is it possible to give them admin access to their issue only and not other future and past issues?

  • In guest edited issues, is it possible for the overall editor/journal owner to be blocked from seeing the review process in order to allow them to submit work to the guest issue for double blind review?

Can you please indicate which version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-13). Please include this in your posts, as it assists with others in helping to respond to your question and knowing what to suggest.
