Describe the issue or problem
So I initiated a Google Search Indexing of a OJS that I’m “managing”. After a few days, Search found some links that it flagged as “Crawled - currently not indexed” and which also doesn’t look “familiar” to me. Here are the links:

https://our.ojs.com/JOURNALNAME/citationstylelanguage/download/bibtex?submissionId=14&publicationId=14
https://our.ojs.com/JOURNALNAME/citationstylelanguage/download/bibtex?submissionId=29&publicationId=29
The first one goes somewhere, but only shows like a “handful” of letters. The rest makes a download of a file called bibtex.
What I want to know is, what is the purpose of those links and is it alright if Google Search can’t index them?
