Gmail email not receiving

Hi,

I have website https://www.scdialectica.com/.

Link - https://scdialectica.com/publish/index.php/sd
When ever a user submit a paper in this portal he / she should receive an email from the system.

Some user use internal email of scdialectica.com , some user use gmail.com email, some user use yahoo.com email.

Email working for only scdialectica.com email.
gmail.com / yahoo.com / institutional email not receiving.

I am waiting for the proper resolution.

OJS Current version: 3.4.0.8

It seems to be an email service configuration problem.

I suggest you review the documentation on email configuration, https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/admin-guide/en/deploy-email

I usually use https://www.mail-tester.com to check my mail servers.
