Our journal is running on OJS version 3.4.0.7, and the PKP PN Plugin is enabled under “Settings → Distribution → Preservation.” However, the plugin still shows the status message:
“Network Status: The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet.”
All eligibility criteria for PKP PLN are fulfilled:
How to register or whitelist our journal in the PKP Preservation Network so that our published content can be archived.
currently i am getting this error, kindly resolve this issue

This is a problem on our side and it will be solved with a server upgrade, but for now I did a small workaround to decrease the noise from such complaints, I expect your journal will be whitelisted soon, so check again in 1-2 days if the problem still persists.

You can try to check if there’s an update for the plugin at the plugin gallery, if not, then I can help you to understand what’s wrong. You can start by accessing this URL, then collecting the error which will be generated on your server’s error log.
