Getting error while updating ojs version 3.1.1.4 to 3.4.0.5

Hi,

I am trying to update ojs from 3.1.1.4 to 3.4.0.5, I have set all the variables in the config file and also set Install to Off, so that I am able to see the screen for the update. After all, I am getting the below screen:

I am getting the following error in log: Error: The file “/ojs-3.4.0-5/usageStats/IPGeoDB.mmdb” does not exist or is not readable.

I am using the same dataset as the previous version.

Hi @loveleentak,

You might need to change the locale setting in config.inc.php from en_US to en (or equivalent, if you’re using another language). See the release notes for OJS 3.4.0.
