Function is not working when disable the path_info

When path info On, I am unable to edit/change anythings.
When path info Off, the following thing is not working:-

  1. CSS is not working on site index page but CSS is working on Journal index page.
  2. Admin menu is not working.
  3. Javascript is also not working.

Kindly help me with this.

For example:

  1. Go to ‘…’
  2. Click on ‘…’
  3. Scroll down to ‘…’
  4. See error
