Full-text search: Differenciate article and issue galley

Description of issue
Does the search in OJS only search for articles and indexes their galleys? Or are issues also shown in the search results, when an issue galley contains the search term?

A quick research on issue titles, did not show any issues listed in the search results, but I do not know the behaviour for issue galleys.
