Hi
I am trying to install OJS 3.1.1-4 on a hosted server. I have previously installed this successfully (earlier version) but am launching a new iteration.
Install screen comes up OK, all data is entered, all specs met and files/folders writable, but when I hit “Install” button, it just reloads the install page.
I get a number of warnings and Deprecation notices in the error log:
