Hi @gail,

PKP Publishing Services provides hosting and support for OJS journals. It’s a branch of PKP and all revenue generated supports development of PKP’s free and open source software and services. We don’t offer external support to journals that are self-hosted, but if you want to move the journal to our hosting service we can take care of upgrades, bug fixes, server maintenance, backups, and troubleshooting all of your technical issues. Please check out our hosting plans and contact us directly for more information.

There may be other service providers who can offer external support for self-hosted journals.

I do support self hosted journals and currently I support an OJS installation with multiple journals. Support includes upgrades, diagnostics, small bug fixes and backup. Please do get in touch for more details.
