Email sent is missing!
I assigned a reviewer and sent the email to the receiver. However, the email did not appear in their inbox, nor their spam. And strangely enough, not in my spam either. Where did the request email go?
Steps I took leading up to the issue
- I went to “All Submissions” and clicked on “View”, then “Add Reviewer”
- Selected the reviewer,
- And sent the request.
Users have reported of receiving the email in their spam, but recently that email outright does not appear in their spams or their inboxes. However, the Activity Logs state that the request has been sent.
What application are you using?
