Files in published issue

When I try to set url of remotely-hosted content in galleys for production like seen in picutre below
issue_pdf

The files does not appear in the published issue like seen below issue

How can i fix it?

We are using 3.1.0.1 version.

I would suggest upgrading to OJS 3.1.1, which was just released; there are a few related tweaks that I suspect will correct the issue for you.
