File Uploads and Error Message

We running OJS 3.0.2, and a number of authors are encountering error messages while uploading revised files: ##user.authorization.invalidReviewRound##

However, the files in question will usually be uploaded regardless of the error message. But because the screen does not automatically reload, they don’t realize the file has been saved. The result is that authors will submit their files several times.

Is there anything we can do to prevent the error message, and/or can OJS be fixed so that cancelling an operation really means that it is cancelled?

Where are authors uploading files when they receive this message?

In the “Revisions” area in the Review stage of the workflow.

Hi,

I’m having the same issue in the review rounds.

It seems that the error appears when the system finds a duplicated filename.
