Why I am getting an email at Site Administrator as:
www.myjournal.web/ojs/usageStats/processing/usage_events_20161016.log
This log file should detail an error in processing your website usage into metrics for the PKP Statistics Framework. What does the log say when you view it?
error_log.txt file having record of 5 years with about 95 mb. Should I delete this file or erase the only error records?

When you refer to “error_log.txt” is that your webserver error log, or the log which you download after clicking on the link in the email?
The link in the email should give you a file which looks something like:
http://my.ojs.site/ojs
