Fatal error at Review Steps 3 of OCS

Hi folks, I am playing around with an installation of ocs2.3.6 and impressed at it what it has to offer. Took it for a spin creating the numerous roles and made a submission. When I attempted to review the submission to provide feedback (step 3 of review) a new window popped open with a fatal error message listed below.

I followed the same path and found that all the files under the comment directory existed so not sure what this error message means. Any thoughts on what be happening here ?

Hi @bromo98,

Are you using one-click reviewer access? If so, I suspect there’s an already-fixed bug that you’ve encountered. You could either disable that feature in Setup, or if it’s important to you, I can see about tracking down the patches to resolve it.

Hi Alec, it’s the review button at Step 3.

If you can please direct me to the patch that will correct this bug it
would be greatly appreciated.
