Failed to connect to port 80 when clicking on Administration

Good morning,

I upgraded our OJS software version from to successfully, but when I click on Administration I get an error " Uncaught GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to port 80:"

I see from a previous request that this was sorted but I have a further issue that our server is in our DMZ and we are not allowed any outgoing connections to the internet.

Is there perhaps a way to stop the request trying to connect to in order for me to open the Administration page.
