Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON

I receive this message when I upload the copyedited file.

My error log states this:

I don’t know coding or programming. How can Ii rectify this ?

Hi @n_tushar.1987,

Those warnings are cosmetic and you can ignore them. We’re gradually working through these and resolving them with each release but they don’t affect the functioning of the application.

We receive the same message " Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON" when we want to upload a “copyedited” file in copyediting workflow stage. We use version OJS 3.3.06. Can somebody healp?

Hi @Alireza_Mosavi_Jarra,

This is an older post. Can you create a new post with the details of the issue that you’re experiencing? Feel free to link back to this post as well if the issue is similar.
