I am facing following issues related to

1 when I try to publish the issue the following error appears.

The “The public files directory…” message likely refers to your files directory not being configured correctly. As for those other errors, it would be best to check your PHP error log and provide more details from there, as the log is likely to provide a more clear picture on what might be occurring.
