Export journal settings

Hi,

Is there a way to export all settings from a journal and import them into a new instance of ojs?
I am not managing to use the native xml import/export plugin, and I think that’s because there might be differences between the journals in two instances.

I am trying to upgrade from 3.1.2.1 to 3.2.1.4. Because there doesn’t seem to simply be a patch, I am trying to find a workflow to import journals from one instance to the other.

Actually, I would be keen to go beyond 3.2.1.4. I gave a try to the docker install, which for some reason is using that version. I hadn’t realised there was a newer version. I am guessing there will be more issues with porting to more recent versions.
