Dear all,
for the past week we had functioning errors on our website based on ojs 3.2.1.1.
It looks like there is excessive CPU usage, which prevents us to do anything from the back -end, we can’t publish anything and users can’t submit articles. It looks like the processes won’t complete and therefore create a bottleneck of processes.
Once the website has been put under maintenance, the CPU usage lowered and seemed fine, but as soon as we took that off the CPU spiked to 99% again.
We found a process that seems to clog the flow. What’s your advice? We don’t know where to start. We inquired the server provider but they can’t touch the processes, and we can’t either.
