Hi glad to join the community.

I have a problem with the editor. I would like to insert an image in announcement section, but when I clik on the link “Upload image”, message error appear. I would like to know how to resolve my problem such a way that, the editor should appear an allow me to upload my image.

I am using OJS 2.4.3.0.
The editor does not appear. I have error presented on the image below.

Hi @Alain,

I would recommend upgrading to the most recent release of OJS 2.4.x before debugging this further. It’s likely that there’s an issue that’s already been fixed since OJS 2.4.3.
