Error when installing the plugin: The tar command is not available. Please correctly configure it in your "config.inc.php"

I can’t install the QuickSubmit plugin. I get the following error during installation:
“The tar command is not available. Please correctly configure it in your “config.inc.php””.
I use Host Direct Admin. If possible, help to fix the problem
