Error when editing/Deleting existing users – “The requested resource was not found”

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with user management in OJS.

I am able to invite/add new users without any problem, but when I try to edit/Delete existing users, the system shows the following error:

Error
The requested resource was not found.

this is the error I get from inspect consol “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () journal_name/api/v1/users/4322/endRole/92”
This happens for all existing users I try to edit.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, or can you advise on what might be causing it and how to fix it?

Hi @Yemane_Seged,

What version of OJS are you using (e.g. 3.4.0-9)?

Also, perhaps you could check your PHP error logs and report on errors found there? That can sometimes be more helpful than console logs.

Thank you it is OJS 3.5.0.2 and I recently upgrade from 3.4.0.9
