Error when decline submission

Hi PKP community

We are getting an error when decline some submissions:

Please help. So far there are 3 submissions where we get this error when we click on decline. It does not happen for other submissions. It would appear that this random.

Our journal uses Open Journal Systems 3.4.0.3

Hi @hybhurruth,

For errors such as this one, it is best to check your PHP error log. Can you do that and report back on errors found there?

Hi @rcgillis and PKP team,

The error appears because the user was disabled so to decline the submission, you have to enable to use first and then decline and then disable user again.
