When loading an image such as a logo, start image, magazine or miniature icon, I get an error, it says “No file or file type is not valid.”
My question is, do I have to give it some kind of permission to upload images? How can I solve this problem of pkp updloader?

Have you reviewed the other theads in the forum on this subject? See e.g. No file uploaded or invalid file type!.

I read the forum and can solve the problem, I was not enabled in php.ini → extension = php_fileinfo.dll
