Error upgrading OJS 3.2.1.3 to 3.3.0.14

Dear @asmecher,
We are having trouble upgrading OJS 3.2.1.3 to OJS 3.3.0.14.
The following error occurred:

A database error has occurred: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘url’ in ‘field list’ (SQL: select url, navigation_menu_item_id from navigation_menu_items where context_id = 1)

php error log is
[29-Mar-2023 01:01:32 UTC] SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘url’ in ‘field list’ (SQL: select url, navigation_menu_item_id from navigation_menu_items where context_id = 1)

Already attempted many times.
Please guide.

Dear marc, We have tried the solutions mentioned in the forum, but did not succeed at our end.
Is there any alternative solution to this upgrade process? Can we make a new installation of latest version and then transfer site content to it?
