Error On upgrading to ojs 2.4.8-2

Hi all
I’m trying to upgrade my old ojs 2.4 to 2.4.8-2
I replaced all files and tried to upgrade db, all times that I upgrade ojs I did it carefully without problem. But at this time I saw many ## on the upgrade page look at this attached pic:

what should I do with ## and why I can’t see the db upgrade link ?

Hi @Amir_Darejeh,

Have you made any modifications to the system? I wonder if locale/en_US/locale.xml might contain a typo that’s preventing it from getting parsed.
