Error on database upgrade from OJS 2.4.2.0 to 2.4.6.0

I received the following error n database upgrade from OJS 2.4.2.0 to 2.4.6.0:

Errors occurred during installation:

A database error has occurred: Error parsing the database installation file plugins/generic/usageStats/schema.xml.

Any ideas?

Are you upgrading via the “Full package” method, or via the Git-based or patch-based method? The “Full package” method is recommended if not using version control (such as Git) to manage local changes.

Your file plugins/generic/usageStats/schema.xml should look like this:
