No file uploaded or invalid file type!

can you write how you resolved it? I have the same issue and would appreciate your help if you found the solution.

resolved after I used the original config file (config.inc.php) from ojs 3.0.0 (with manual modifications).

So this problem occurs when using COPIED config file from 2.4.X
