Error messages in php log file

We continue to get error messages like the two below. This is 2.4.8.5 with php 5.6.
Any thoughts please? thanks in advance.

I viewed the posts on scalars and bad data in the journal settings table and on running the suggested code [SELECT] * FROM journal_settings WHEREsetting_name[LIKE] ‘metaCitations’ I get the following table. I am supposed to delete all the entries both bool and string?

We also get errors like this: Does linux have a path command similar to the DOS/Windows Path command?
