Error install OJS 3.0.2 on local server

I am trying to update my OJS site from old 2.4.8 to newer version 3.0.2 .
First , I thought to try the version on local server (wampmanager) in order to bypass the errors that might get in the network server.
And actually encountered problems updating the version on the local server.
I had to deleted my journal site in local server and start with fresh copy of OJS 3.0.2 and again,encountered some errors showed below >>>
any help >>>plz.

The start of the error messages are masked, but I think these are each strict standards warnings. Try disabling PHP’s strict standards and deprecated warnings. More details are linked in this thread:
