Error in validation at BASE OAI-PMH Validator

Validating OAI at BASE OAI-PMH Validator (http://oval.base-search.net/) gives the error below:

ERROR: ListRecords response well-formed but invalid: Element ‘{http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/}identifier’, attribute ‘{http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance}type’: The QName value ‘{http://purl.org/dc/terms/}DOI’ of the xsi:type attribute does not resolve to a type definition.

I don’t know how to solve it. The error will be removed if I remove entries like:

<dc:identifier xsi:type=“dcterms:DOI”>10.22067/jrrp.v1i1.14646</dc:identifier>

from OAI output, but manager of journals want doi in output.
