Im facing problem when i upload Crossreff Reference Linking plugin downloaded from github in zip extension then i converted to tar.gz. when i uploade tar.gz following error appears
The uploaded plugin archive does not contain a folder that corresponds to the plugin name.
Other plugins or working fine.
I m using OJS 3.2.1.2

If you are trying the upload plugin method, you should download crossrefReferenceLinking-v1_0_1-1.tar.gz file at that page, and then upload it via the plugins page.
If you want to install the plugin using zip file, you need to upload it to the plugins/generic folder (via ftp or web file manager), extract it, and then enable the plugin.
