Error en el servidor

Subí a mi hosting el ojs 3.1.0 y cuando voy a entrar por el navegador para instalarlo, luego de diligenciar los daos sale el siguiente error:

Please check phperror.log since Error 500 usualy is being caused by some problems with PHP, lack of memory or something similar. Please check this link:

I Think that your server administrator should examine what might be the issue. What are the steps after which you got that error?
