Error 500 When Log In

Description of issue or problem I’m having:
I was encounter Error 500 Internal Server Error, it happened after user login. But when using admin account it didn’t error.

Steps I took leading up to the issue:
I still didn’t know what cause this error, i guess it was a domain server error, but admin account worked, in error log nothing to show, only “PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function ldap_connect()” seems relate.

What I tried to resolve the issue:
I had downgrade php version, i had check cache in file manager, i had enable ldap in ojs, created new user just to make sure it error for all users.

Application Version - e.g., OJS 3.1.2:
Open Journal Systems 2.4.8.3
