Emails sent through OJS get in spam

Hello OJS users! I am writing because I have a problem with the emails sent by OJS.
They have the tendency to arrive to spam, so some people dont receive them while others do. Even when I send myself an email using OJS, it gets in spam. How can I fix this? Thank you!

Hi @cljournal,

There are a lot of variables. Normally when a message gets flagged as spam, you can inspect its headers to determine what aspects of the message resulted in the flag. I’d suggest working through these to see what the most common causes are.
