I am sure that I am facing some issues on my own, but I have some journals (OJS 3.1.2-4, 3.2.0-2), into which I am trying to edit the default text of the emails we send to reviewers and authors.
The point is that, whatever I write in the fields, I don’t get them at the practical moment of the publication process. It’s true that I could edit that, but the journal managers and the editors ask to have a default email already in a shape that they desire.
