Email texts don't change?

Hello,

I am sure that I am facing some issues on my own, but I have some journals (OJS 3.1.2-4, 3.2.0-2), into which I am trying to edit the default text of the emails we send to reviewers and authors.
The point is that, whatever I write in the fields, I don’t get them at the practical moment of the publication process. It’s true that I could edit that, but the journal managers and the editors ask to have a default email already in a shape that they desire.
I attach a screenshot at this regard, from which I am trying to edit these texts.

Hello,

no need to bother anyone with this anymore. In this case the “Translate” plugin is not to be taken in account, since all that matters is under Settings > Workflow > Emails.
It took me one day but now I got it.
