Email send error from author, reviewers and editor but no admin

Only the admin can send emails or send papers to review and no error, but when the editor tries to send there is an error that " There was a problem sending an email message. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator."
The same happens when the reviewer tries to submit a review or the author tries to submit a paper. They are getting the same error.

Please guide how to fix
we are using same email with domain for admin, not gmail.

What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.3.0.13

@editor.pij can you check your php error log and see if there is any error getting registered when an editor is trying to send mail .
