Email Notification not work

I have problem with my Open Journal Systems 3.2.0.3 email notification, when user submit a journal, there a error information tell me that email notification not work

Could Someone Help me to fix it, i have read tons of tutorial to fix it but nothing works

Hello,

Are any emails being sent successfully from OJS?
Could you also please double check and share your email settings in config.inc.php (if you share them, remember to remove your email login information.)

Thanks for your reply, as I Know, at the first time this OJS Website was created, email was working, but later after 6 months or more, this problems exist. Since previous Web Admin was move to other office, i was pointed to handle this job and i’m new to this OJS. Here’s my config.inc.php:
